We Believe

• We believe in one all-present, all-knowing, all-powerful God who reveals Himself in three persons. The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The Trinity.(Matthew 28:19)

• We believe in the sacrificial death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. (1 Corinthians 15:1-4)

• We believe that salvation comes by grace through faith in the finished work of the cross of Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 2:4-10)

• We believe that Jesus Christ is the only way to Heaven. (John 14:6)

• We believe that every person who puts his/her faith in Jesus for salvation is eternally secure. (John 10:27-30)

• We believe in water baptism by immersion for an outward testimony of the life saving/changing power of Jesus Christ. (Acts 8:35-39)

• We believe in taking the Lords Supper (Communion) in remembering the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross and His blood shed for us. (Matthew 26:26-29/Luke 22:9-20)

• We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God, that it is absolutely true and without error. (Psalm 19:7-10, 2 Timothy 3:16-17)

• We believe in the power of prayer individually and in our worship gatherings as a church. (James 5:13-18)
• We believe in meeting together on the first day of the week to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus from the dead. (Matthew 28:1-7)

• We believe in the great commandment and the great commission. (Matthew 22:34-40/Matthew 28:18-20)

• We believe every church member has an important role in the body of Christ, the church. (1 Corinthians 12:18)

• We believe in the eminent return of Jesus Christ as King of kings and Lord of lords. (Revelation 19:11-16)
